1. After the commissioning and production of new equipment (no less than 500h), the lubricating oil of all transmission parts shall be cleaned (including the lubricating oil in the reduction box) and replaced with new lubricating oil (grease).

2. Check the oil quantity in the hydraulic oil tank once a week. The oil level should be above the center line of the oil scale. If necessary, add enough hydraulic oil.

3. Check the quality of hydraulic oil once a month. If there are many impurities or moisture in the oil, deal with it in time.

4. Check the connecting screws and nuts at each part at least once a week to see if they are loose and tighten them in time.

5. Check each electrical circuit for looseness at least once a month, and clean the ventilation and dust net on the electric cabinet once.

6. Clean the hydraulic oil filter screen once a month.

7. During the annual holiday, the hydraulic oil shall be replaced; Clean each motor and hydraulic oil control valve; The rolling bearing shall be disassembled and cleaned, and new grease shall be added. The severely worn rolling bearing shall be replaced; Clean thermocouple contact points; Check whether all circuit lines are firmly connected, replace aging lines and calibrate instruments.
